Shipping Policy
All in stock orders are processed in 1-3 business days from date of order!
If you order preorder and in stock items on the same order all items will ship together once the preorder items arrive.
Local Pickup:
Local pick up is available just outside Havelock, On. Please email me at blanksandthingscanada@gmail.com or visit my Facebook group for details on how to arrange local pick up.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via the carrier chosen at checkout unless that method becomes unavailable unexpectedly. Po box orders must ship via Canada post.
Tracking is automatically provided once your items are packaged and ready for shipping.

Information:
Please make sure all shipping & billing info is accurate. It is your responsibility to input the correct information. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to information being entered incorrectly. If you notice an error please reach out as soon as possible, I will do my best to correct the info however this can not be guaranteed. This applicable to both shipping and billing addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges will be done on a case by case basis depending on the reasoning. Please read all descriptions prior to ordering,

All seasonal items are final sale, however if you are unhappy with any items please contact me right away.

If any exceptions are made you are responsible for shipping back to me. Its must be returned in new unused condition. Items must be shipped back with tracking within 14 days of date we agree upon a return.

This does not apply should I make a mistake and ship the wrong item. In this instance of human error on my part I will resolve the situation to the best of my ability.

Any packages damaged in shipping need to be reported ASAP with pictures of the shipping label and packaging as well as the damaged products. This is required for me to file a claim with the shipping company.
